How To Go About It...

i now have a client, thanks to those who responded.:) Well, I have no idea how to go on about it. They have agreed on being our client. We need to promote their cause and that is to invite artists and writers to participate in a book that is to be published. I have no idea where to start and what to do after that. Do you have any idea where I should start and some basic guidelines...

    By retainers, I am referring to the payment you are receiving for your services. Pretty brave taking something on without knowing how to do it!
