Think of the cut into your margins as advertising expenditure. Create some flyers for the special and market it everywhere. The discount would need to be time sensitive and offered on the first visit -- that way you don't get stuck in to the low rate.

Why not start with your existing clients. Many small business owners use cleaning at home as well.
