Cold Cover Letter To The Marketing Agency

Hi Everyone,

After several years on the client side I have decided to move back to the agency side (as an Account Executive).

I am thinking about contacting several agencies in my area to see if they have openings, but I am having a hard time with my "cold cover letter", I want it to be fun and exciting, yet professional. Any suggestions?

    Personally, I would rather have you tell me why I should hire you and what you can bring to the table, rather than some widely creative letter.

    What contact do you have?
    What is your account executive experience?
    What skills do you process?

    If you want to be creative, figure out a unique way to deliver your message.

    I agree completely with Harry.....

    Phone them.... Meet them... Network with them...

    Letters floating around no matter how creative dont tell the same story as you can in person
