Next Clothing Swot Analysis

Hi, I have to give a presentation on a swot analysis of either Next's mens jeans, or womens jersey tops and I'm not really sure how to start it. These are my initial thoughts for womens jersey tops:

strengths - known to offer good quality merchandise, now follows trends a bit more closely and contains key elements of each trend, established family brand, has also covered the low-cost market with its Lime label
Weaknesses - alienating a huge customer base which it could profit from ie the younger generation,
opportunities - trendier clothes, expanding upon succes of the tv advert and using its associations with model allessandra ambrosio more
threats - the credit crunch etc which have dampened consumer spending

if anyones got any other ideas or can help me with this i would really appreciate it.

    A swot analysis is a tool to expand creative thinking, a way of getting you to think inside and outside the box. The great thing about a SWOT is that there is no wrong answer. Be as broad as you can be, this may (and will)conjure up different questions and thoughts about the business you analyzing. I suggest you also do some research on Edward DeBono -6 thinking hats to open up your SWOT even further.
    Remember basic things like gender, clothing material, season...this may help further.

    SWOT is good but there are other methods as good. You should try the PEYEA matrix. It measures different factors and point to a possible action. Sorry but I only know the Spanish version,
