Casual Dining Concept Needs Tagline

Opening up a casual dining concept called "California Dreaming" that serves basic american cuisine (steaks, ribs, fish, pasta, sandwiches, salads). The place will be upscale for a casual concept. Large open floor plan and open kitchens. Similar to a Houston's or Cheesecake Factory.

    If it's the "Mamas and the Papas" generation that you are trying to attract (60's & 70's baby boomers), stick with the theme and bring a little bit of their generation in thematically in the decor, menu, promotions, and advertising. A good tag line might be "Where the In Crowd Meets" and be bold and brave about it.

    If it's an accident that you have named your restaurant after their hit song, then pay hommage to them "21st Century" style and call it "Food for Lovers" or "You don't Have to Sing for Your Supper" or "Nothings to Good for our Patrons"...
