Slogan Needed For A Carpet Cleaning Business

Please help me come up with a slogan for my dad's carpet cleaning business. The name is Carpet Extraction Systems (CES). He started the business 30 years ago and has never had a slogan! This will be on the back of a shirt. They only clean commercial spaces, specifically apartments complexes.

    Don't apologize they are great. I should have said this in the question, I don't know if it matters but they are all about service. They work on Christmas Eve, weekends, all hours, whenever they get a call.

    A couple more thoughts:

    "Any Carpet - Any Time" is great, but since you only clean Apartment Complexes, add the word "Apartment": Any Apartment's Carpet - Any Time. Since your business name already has the word carpet in it, you can further simplify: Any Apartment - Any Time.

    Or, you could underscore your longevity: Cleaning Apartments Since 1978
