B2c Ecommerce Thesis

I'm currently doing a thesis on b2c ecommerce, this is my first thesis so I'm finding it very difficult to carry on..Looking for some advice...

I have identified the problems and objectives. and im concentrating on retail b2c ecommerce...

And im quite unclear about writing the literature review as well.

Eg- In a past research it said "According to Patton (2001) the B2C e-commerce is in hyper growth and quickly gaining the market size so pose a threat to traditional brick and mortar business."

How i can reproduce this? even if i change all the word with the same meaning i have to mention the authors name?

Hi,
You can try some comparative studies like E-satisfaction and Customer satisfaction when they buy from RO.
