Hi Im Trying To Reviewing Literature For My Master

basically i am looking into the importance of empathy and professionalism for the establishment and mainataince of relationships between frontline employees and customers... empathy and professionalism are 2 imp factors for this type of relatioship in professional services... is there any literature which in turn shows that the marketing of service and the marketing of professional services need similar things... PLEASE HELP ME!! thanks
