I am looking for a source to purchase royalty free background music. Pleasant, easy listening type music that would go great with someone looking at home for sale.

I've found a few resources already, but itt of what I found was mediocre at best. I need about 25 - 30 tracks about 60 - 90 seconds in length. Anyone aware of a good source?

Is it a resale or a new home?

I would think with resales you could just create your own mix and roll with it. I think it'd be hard to consider that a true "commercial" use that involved royalties.
