Refer A Friend Program Manager Job Spec?

Hi all,

I was wondering if any of you have come across a refer a friend program manager job description that you thought was particularly good?

I am looking for a refer a friend manager for an account we have and i am having problems nailing down a comprehensive job spec for an online client.

    You need to price what it would cost to implement such a program first. I would look at it on a project basis. How much would it cost to implement a referral or affiliate type program into your current infrastructure as is. What programming is needed, what alterations to the website, what digital handshakes need to be created what communication are needed, etc.

    We created our own because we could not find a good "out-of-the-box" solution. It is fairly easy to implement. Do you have any programmers available to help you?
