How To Konw The International Plastic Bag Importer

i want to know some international plastic bags importer.but i donot the way. i want to chat with them by MSN,but i donot know their MSN address. so is there someone know how to find it? And is there some talking software for the international businessmen to chat online?Is there some free buyer email list for me to download? thank you very much .

    I am not sure if some website collects MSN handles of Plastic Bag Importers, however, many websites collect contact information of these companies. Also, you need to define which geos you wish to target. Get google handy. And also a Quick solution would be to post your requirement in Business Directories with your contact info some directories are:
