Malibu Real Estate Domain Names For Sale

I am a Realtor in Malibu who will be based in Arizona for the next year or so. I have some fabulous Malibu related domain names coming up for renewal. I am planning to renew them but would be happy to pass them along to anyone who is interested for a fair price. Some examples of the names are: www.buymaliburealestate.com www.maliburealestateforsale.com I have about 10 or 12 names, all related to Malibu. They can be web forwarded to your own site, and as people type in searches with those words in them, they will be directed to your page. I know it works as I have done it for other sites I have.

I have never used any of the names so there is no history to tag along with them. They would be new to whoever gets them.

    I suggest that you investigate selling your domains through organizations such as the following. These organizations may provide appraisals on the "value" of the domains:

    https://www.moniker.com/aftermarket/sell-domain-name.jsp

    You could also be pro-active and contact realtors in the Malibu area.

    You should set a price on them instead of "for a fair price". That concepts always leads to dissapointment.

    You should also look at Justin Brook and his site SiteFlipAcademy. www.siteflipacademy.com

    The guy is a “Web Marketing Guru” who originally made his money from buying and then selling websites after adding value to them (Or appearing to!)

    He now earns his crust by teaching people how to flip websites. More accurately, he makes his money by teaching people how to teach other people how to sell websites. It’s a sort of linear MLM which involves itself in a perpetual chain of teaching people to teach people to teach people to teach people ----

    That said, he is unusual in this arena in that he has an actual product in which he trains his acolytes – How to sell websites for a profit. If you ignore the get rich quick bits, his basic ideas are quite sound.
