Merchant Accounts?

Posted by Anonymous on 50 Points
Having some problems with my current merchant account, and I'm wondering if anyone has any recommendations for a company that is reliable?

I ask, because this will be the 3rd switch I've had to make. Tired of having to sit on hold for 15 minutes just to tell them they owe me money every other week.

Any recommendations are much appreciated! Thanks guys.

Our association has been using/recommending Applied Merchant for years. We've been very satisfied. I can not remember being on hold ever. The owner of the company is a stand-up guy. Here is a link for their application. Membership not require. https://www.appliedmerchant.com/partners/nmoa/

We always used Authorize.net, which is one of the biggest around. We have never had an issue.

Depends which country you are in. I'll assume you are the USA.

    My first choice: Authorize.net

(Disclosure - we are an Authorize.net reseller) Solid company, great support, excellent service, fair but not the cheapest rates (you get what you pay for), and works well with 95 percent of the shopping carts on the market already.

I've tried others, and wouldn't waste your time recommending anyone else.
