Currently, I am working in the entertainment field in the role of PR & Event Marketing for an arena. This is my first job out of college and I realized/learned a few things; one of them being that I would like to transition into the field of marketing research. While I have taken on a few marketing research projects during my time as an undergrad(3 years ago) my current occupation does not require those skills and I feel VERY rusty. I decided to create a marketing plan( that includes lots of customer surveying) for the arena that I can present to my manager and, I would like hear any suggestions on what tutorials, books, software, applications, etc. that will aid in this marketing plan and career transition.
Thanks for your time and consideration :)
