    Hi there,

You mentioned that more people buy black tea, green tea and rooibos......so does that mean that organic tea is sold in Gabon already? If so do you know what market share it holds? and to which age group/socio-economic group it appeals to? You may be able to find this information in consumer reviews/journals and health magazines. Had you thought about holding a taste testing where you invite a range of age groups/ socio economic groups and get them to score the organic tea range according to set criteria. Maybe it is possible that from this you can get contacts which will be willing to stock your product or give you some form from which to get commercial exposure for it. By holding an event (im not sure if this is something you would consider) you will be able to gather a range of opinions in a short and cost effective manner, however it does have its obvious limitations. You seem to have already identified some areas of a S.W.O.T by saying that other teas are very popular. Im not sure what it is like in Gabon but in the UK which ever supermarket to go to there are a lot to choose from of all kinds of teas, too much in fact. I would make sure that this is a sustainable idea in such a competitive market
