Equivalent To Bradinsight And Srds

I am A masters student undergoing research in the newspaper and magazine area of advertising. I need to find equivalents to SRDS and BRAD in Germany, France, China and Japan. Does anybody know of any site I can visit for this information as I do not speak any of the above languages and am finding it quiet difficult.
