I have very recently been introduced to a package called Goldmail. Very simply it allows you very quickly and simply to create a personalised message using both text and audio. Really easy to use, and very competitively priced.
My question is this, is anyone actively using goldmail as a method of engaging their customers in a business to business mode. Given that the product was conceived in the US, I’m not sure about the effectiveness of being able to both open and play the messages in a corporate environment over here in the UK, as we have much stringent controls generally in place to stop both media, and audio playing on corporate networks..
If anyone is using it, and can give me a warts and all view of how successful it has been for them, it would be very much appreciated. I’m always looking to stand out from the crowd, and this may just be able to give me the tools to deliver my message in a much more structured format, than boring email.
