Exposure For An Ethnic List And Cpm Asked For?

Posted by Anonymous on 25 Points
Hello

We have a bi-weekly email newsletter (www.DFWDesi.com) , with over 17,000 opt-in subscribers, primarily South Asian Americans (Indian, Pakistani, etc.) - how can we get more exposure? What are the average CPMs asked for in this demographic?

Thanks
Raj

    Hello,

    What are the demographics?

Is the 17,000 spread across the USA or just in your area?

This will help in determining CPM.

    Thank you
    Tom

Demographics, as mentioned, are South Asian Americans spread across the US, even though I don't have the complete physical addresses. The email addresses are scrubbed and verified.

    Thanks

The best option I can suggest is 'Get Blogging'

Hire a team of bloggers (you can do this very cheaply in SE Asia - I can help you if you like).

They spend all day visiting blogs and forums all over the world but with special focus ondsicussions related to the demographic you are talking about.

Everytime they post, they include a link back to your ezine signup form.

There are currently thousands of young people in Philipppines, India, Vietnam being hired by US based marketing companies (approximately $500 per month) to just spend 8 hours per day working from their home with a PC and connection. All they have to do is Blog Blog BLog and get involved in discussions and forums all over the world. Of course the idea is to steer the conversations towards your topic and your ezine.

The investment in man power can be as small or as large as you like with just 1 blogger or 100. The more inbound links you get, the more your page rank increases in google and the more your traffic grows.

    Good luck,

    Matthew
