There is no easy solution to this.

The easiest would be to find a decent list through a reputable list broker.

Harder is more manual process of figuring out what businesses you want to approach and then using Google or similar to see if you can uncover addresses.

Note 1 - just grabbing an email address and sending an unsolicited message to it could be legally considered as SPAM, depending on how you do it, where you are, etc.

Note 2 - getting a "C level" person to read your email will be very challenging. These folks are the desired contacts for many many companies selling their products, so C level folks often have excellent screening methods in place.
