Know-How Exchange : Career/Training

There are plenty of sales and marketing or commercial manager type jobs around. Many of the people I know come into marketing from sales. The first thing is to show interest, so may be offering help to your current marketing department and getting closer to what they do. Looking to set up events or mail outs for instance that aren't too far away from your sales role, then roll it up over time. But basically I'd say you just have to jump in somewhere and see if you can swim.
