How To Find Copy Of An Ad I Saw?

Posted by Anonymous on 250 Points
I recently (Oct 2008) saw an outdoor ad in Times Square for Nestea, the copy was something like "antioxidants disguised as delicious tea." I don't live in New York, and didn't think much of the ad at the time, but now would like to analyse it in a paper I am writing.

I thus need the full, correct copy, or better yet an image of the ad. I am unsure how to go about getting this. I contacted Coca-Cola customer service, but they have no idea, and can't release the ad at any rate, as the agency owns it or some such.

Any suggestions? Is there a great database? Can I contact the agency (Venables Bell) or someone else? I know next to nothing about the industry etiquette for such requests.

    Here's what I found on flickr:https://www.flickr.com/photos/sionfullana/2846531635/

If you can't open it I'll email it to you.

    Good luck with your paper!

Fantastic! Thank you so much. I looked at every Times Sq. shot on Flickr but never thought to search for antioxidants and Nestea. I think this ad is a little different that the other but certainly fits the bill.

If anyone has any remarks on where/how to get ads that aren't available on Flickr (databases, who to contact at agencies/advertisers, etc.) I would love to know, but I certainly accept this answer.
