Posted by ncobb on 125 Points
We offer a weekly email campaign letter to all those in our opted in lead pipeline. Typically our emails are surrounding topics covering organizational efficiency since we offer clients a document management software solution. this week we want to discuss lowering cost with a document management system. Here are some headliners we brain stormed. Please give me your input/ideas.

"Tips on effectively using a document management system"

"using technology to lower your cost of doing business"

"Making the big companies envy you"

Just to feed off of your second headline idea:

"Lower your Overhead by Upping your Technology"

    or you could try:

"Organization is next to Thriftiness" That's kind of whack, but you get my point... play to that angle.

Or you can go a little more direct:

"Organize your Documents, Save money on overhead"

    Hope these help a bit.

Of the three you offered I like the second the most.

I like Kathleen's "10 Ways to Lower Your Costs using Document Management"

Since you have already enlisted these people through an opted in approach they must know your company's business and general products. i would stay away from re-stating the obvious and try to focus in on a benefit or need. if the content of your newsletter can help get someone saving money reasonably quickly i would try something like: Tips on Saving Money Now!

If the content is about operational optimization where the immediate benefit is not necessarily seen as saving money but more readily able to find documents and be organized i would try something like: Tips on Finding the Documents you need when you need them.

Using the word tips makes it seem as thought the person will only have to spend a short time reviewing a number of things that could help them, something that is appealing for already busy people.
