I have a business degree and I'm currently a marketing operations consultant working for a major retailer. I have only about 1.5 years of marketing experience, and about 4 years of work experience total. I also have a social sciences major (East Asian Studies) and I lived and traveled in Asia for 2 years.
What should be my first steps? What are these agencies looking for experience/education-wise? Any tips would be appreciated. Thanks!
