If you are asking if this name is in use as a domain, you can check this out on many domain provides like Go Daddy. www.godaddy.com. I checked this out and www.sherylscountryjewelry.com is available. As far as available for a fictitious name, you'll have to check with your state government if that is what you were looking for.

If you mean as a URL for the web--based upon the way you wrote it, I'm assuming that's what you're asking--go to one of many sites that search that for you--godaddy.com is one. If it's available, they will sell it to you. If you want to know about the name itself, as long as no one in your market is using it to do what you're doing, then you can likely use it. You can check trademarks with the government to see if it's a trademarked name--they have a site for a basic check. To get it registered you have to send it in with your logo, along with something in the neighborhood of $280 or so and have them do a check for you. It takes some time so that others can challenge the trademark, but if it's okay, then they will provide you with the mark. Otherwise, you can use with the "TM" after your name without any expense.
