    Good morning,

The proposals we write at The Involvement Practice for brand training generally include these headings:

Overview - the background on the company/client and statement of the problem to be solved

Objectives - two or three objectives, synthesized from the client's goals

Audience - size, location and other specifics about the audience to be trained

Approach - specific details of what will happen during the training session

Measurement - how the mindset and behavioral change will be measured and at what intervals

Considerations and Assumptions - in-house actions to be taken by the client and internal resources available for the project

Deliverables/Fees/Timing - details of what the client will get, for how much, in what frame of time

Approval - a signature and date line for the client to approve the proposal

    Hope this is helpful.

    Tim
