Do I Need A Promotion?

I am a home health coordinator, on a company about to go down, my boss took a long leave, and I'm left on a territory, getting about 10 patients a month. I was coordinating and marketing(my boss' job) at the same time and got the biz up by 40 a month and still going! I don't get any bonus. While the other territories' marketing folks get about 3000 a month... Doing just the same numbers I do. With 2 people(coordinators) under them. Please tell me if I'm the ultimate crazy! Do I need a promotion or what?!

    You need a new written agreement. It sounds like you want additional financial compensation, rather than just a better title. Time for a performance review?

    I think you need to talk to your boss and share your thoughts. It is understandable to want to be appreciated. I would caution you to not bee "too pushy" though. Think about what you would be happy with just in case he asks.
