Marketing Pay-back From A University
My client is a small, private liberal arts university. Their challenge to me is to define a metrics model that tracks performance and ROI for marketing expenditures. Budget for setting up and implementing a tracking model is limited. Can you recopmmend an existing model that will track key performance indices, yet is scalable so that, as the budget grows, the model can accommodate more sophisticated tracking and modeling?
