I am a Dutch student writing a bachelor thesis on Sales & Marketing specific KPI (Key Performance Indicator) and dashboard reporting. The aim of this thesis is to develop a model in which it is possible to obtain a predetermined set of KPIs, depending on the business type and especially the individual’s functional role within the organization.
To get an insight I will use interviews and web surveys to ask professionals in the respective departments to rate different KPIs and business metrics on use and importance. In preparation of these interviews and surveys I want to classify the KPIs I encountered as Sales, Marketing or Trade.
I want to ask you for your help by taking the time (10-15 min) to fill out a survey. The results of this survey will be the information I need to pre-sort the KPIs and metrics in the main survey. The members of this forum are exactly the professionals who can help me and provide me with the insight I need.
I hope some of you can help me, it will deeply appreciated. Needless to say this survey does not promote or advertise anything, is free of any charge and does not create any spam. Anyone who is interested in the results of this or the main survey is of course welcome to send me a message as well.
