Michael O'leary(founder Of Ryanair)

Dear Pros,

I'm currently undertaking a task to analysis the leadership style of Michael O'Leary and his impact towards the development of Ryanair.

I've noticed that Michael O'Leary has produced a couple of books regarding his business and himself. But still, I'm struggling with fnding information about his leadership style.

Please Help.

    Ahah.. the good old micheal o'leary!! There is not much to say about him but a lot to admire and learn.

    He's outrageous and smart, ahead of market trends and careless of envy competitors.

    You can contact Prf. Michael Wood from the London South Bank University. He's a specialist on low-cost, no-frills airlines. He's outrageous and smart too, and maybe can give you some more insights.
