Enquiry For It Requirements

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am wilma.chu from intechno which is a software outsourcing company in China. Now I am under a very serious situation, I would like to find a consulting firm which is to provide consultation for those software companies who have software to outsource.

I am very sincere and eager to find one company which I referred above.
