Marketing/brand Introduction Letters/emails Templates

Posted by Anonymous on 250 Points
We are almost on the completion stage of the development of a niche targeted socila search site. A few company profiles have been setup.

We are now after professionally/bespoke templates for letters to send out to businesses announcing the new free service, and asking them to take over and maintain profiles. If, profile not created already the letter would give an overview of account registration and profile maintainance.

The site features include:
unlimited media upload (music/pictures/videos)
maintaining own newsletters
free signup

I was wondering if anyone could lead me to such template resources.

Thank you

While you're asking for a form letter, you're really wanting a way to make businesses act on your offer. If the business already has a website, then what value are you truly giving them? That's the key to your copy/offer.

(Note: If they don't already have a way to do media upload/newsletter maintenance, odds are they won't need/use yours either.)

These seem like specifics documents that you are going to hav to create. I do not know if any templates for such. I would recommend writing something your self and then having many people give you input before sending them.

Your subject matter seems so specific, I think it is best that you craft the letters. Potential clients can see right through form letters and will immediately disregard the correspondence. A personal touch is always best and you know your business and goals better than any warehouse of templates.
