Clearing Old Stock

We're a telecom company and we have old stock that is not moving, consisting of Audio Video items, VSAT spare parts, inmarsat spare parts and TVRO spares parts.

Can anyone please suggest a way to clear up these items from our warehouse at cost price?

I need some good marketing ideas other than EBay and advertising cause we already did that and it didn't work.

    What if you don't get your cost price? You will keep it? How about donating to a charitable organization?

    Defining "old" in the telecom business can mean months. Do you want to be seen as a company that sells old stock?

    You might have some smaller companies (ask your sales force for help with this) who will be happy with the cost savings though.

    I too would recommend Ebay. There are many people that move all kinds of products very successfully. The best part is that it has a very wide reach.

    You could look for Electronics Salvage brokers and sell the whole lot.
