I don't know of any school that focuses specifically on retail marketing. What you may want to do is find a school that has a good marketing program that is located in a retail focused area (like near where big retailers are headquartered). Faculty at schools generally tie up with local businesses, so you are more likely to find faculty involved with retail marketing in these cases. And more likely that these companies will be recruiting at the school.

Oh, I did try a Google search for retail marketing programs, and didn't find any. Quite possible this is not a standard program anywhere.
