When 'packaging' capabilities with a alliance partner what is the best way of creating a joint marketing & sales plan (target)?

    If you give us more details about this "alliance" then we can be of more help. Are you selling products together?
    Who gets the biggest benefit, Company A or B? Who has them most to lose if this does not work? Who has the better reputation? All of these would be taken into consideration.

    Typically one is a telco and the other is a SYstems Integrator. Target audience multi nationals with global footprint outsourcing their IT infrastructure. Driver for partnering is convergence (unified comms). The split is 50-50%. With customer intimicy profiled very different..
