When in doubt, gift cards with a heart theme.

Book Glamour Shots or a similar traveling photographer and offer specially priced couple/family valentine's day photographs, something similar to photos with Santa but rather targeting couples and families.

I think the Glamour shots is a great idea, something to work on for sure!

    How about a fashion show?

Fashion shows are a tremendous effort and little reward...any other thoughts?

How about a "Cupid Draw Back Your Bow" promotion. You can get a really cheap suction cup style bow and arrows (yes I recognize some danger here) and have mall patrons try for various promos from different merchants with a grand prize for that lucky couple that gets closest to a heart on a target.

You could do the same thing without bow and arrow if you choose.

People love not just their significant others but their pets too. Can you do something with a pet theme?

See if you provide the space to a local radio station whether they are running any form of promos you would be interested in participating in

Name that love song contest with karoke.

If I think of any more I will come back at you.

    best of luck

    What about something with massage?

    Or a hair salon/cosmetics outlet?

Or a "Love Yourself" campaign for the outlet mall--giving the consumers the incentive to love themselves and "Deserve to Splurge"

Phil you are really on...Sarah, good thoughts on the "Deserve to Splurge". I am spinning my thoughts around these right now. I have a Country radio station doing an on site remote with an Enter to Win contest.

How about a building the biggest banana split/ice cream sundae or chocolate chip cookie (see if a local shop can work with with you) people pay small fee to taste a sample or have some local famous people (DJ's, news reporters, mayor, etc.) put their lip prints on a display board.... customers pay $1/guess who's lips are who's and donate proceeds to charity ---like the American Heart Association. Winner gets a gift certificate to mall stores, etc.

    Good Luck!
