    Communication is the key to efficiency in business.Misunderstanding are avoided otherwise same thing may be done twice or a single project overlooked by everybody.

    Communication in organisations have become an extremely important factor since the success of a company depends and clear and consistant communication. This communication refers to both internal and external communication. Internal basically comes down to "happy employees, happy customers" - without having a link between both yourself and your employees there will always be misunderstanding. External communication is with all stakeholders outside of the company including competitiors, suppliers, customers and consumers of your product/service.
