Employer Branding References And Research

Can anyone tell me if there are any thesis (be in Master or PHD thesis) on the subject of Employer Branding? I am just starting my literature search and any jump-start help would be much appreciated.

    Can you help us understand what you mean by "employer branding?" If you mean that a company might have a different brand name when it's recruiting and hiring than it does for marketing its products, I think that would be a pretty bad idea and there are probably no theses on the subject.

    I suspect that's not what you mean, so perhaps the next step would be to get some clarification on what you're really looking for.

    Employer branding is defined by as “a targeted, long-term strategy to manage the awareness and perceptions of employees, potential employees, and related stakeholders with regards to a particular firm” (Sullivan, 2004).

    I am looking for a website or similar thesis on the subject for a jump start. Advise on which aspect of employer branding to study ( which is still a gap in knowledge - areas that other have not studied on before) will be of great help. Thanks.

    I am actually dissapointed that the Production Editor is suggesting to close this question when NO ONE has provided any answer to this question!!

    I am also surprise that I have to define the term Employer Branding. So where have all teh experts gone?
