I do not understand what you're are looking for.

What is it that you're able to produce, and what do you want done to that when you're done with it?

Have you tried a regular WYSIWIG HTML editor like Dreamweaver?

    Um, WYSIWYG -- sorry.

I think you are asking the wrong question.

First, are using a company like Aweber to send out your emails? You can probably get the answer you want from them.

WYSISYG = What you see is what you get
This is an option available in some coding programs.

It seems like you are new to the technical aspects of this.
Yes, you can probably do it yourself. But we would need to understand more about how you are currently doing things before being able to give the answer you are looking for.

I believe that ConstantContact offers the ability to do what you ask pretty simply. They offer hundreds of standard templates and can customize if you feel the need.

They do send out the email... but i am not sure what you mean by your comment about giving your list over to them.

It sounds like you are fairly new to email marketing or perhaps do not have the time put into it?

Sorry, on my first response I hit the button with an error. Sorry for posting twice.

It sounds like you are fairly new to email marketing or perhaps do not have the time put into it?

If that is case, you might want to outsource things to a full-service email marketing firm like Inbox Interactive.

Firms like this can design the email for you, implement your campaigns, and so on.

The ESPs others mentioned above are self-service, which might work out for you.

I don't think the original question has to do with sending the email. I think it has to do with generating the content, and more specifically, generating it in-house.

I also think the plan is to send the content using an in-house CRM solution.

If that's the case, and if you don't know HTML, you could use a WYSIWYG editor and make the copy and image swaps from one newsletter to the next.

This doesn't have to be that complicated, and it's something that you can do in-house if that's the goal.

Do you have the HTML from previous emails? If you do, and it can be used as a template for further emails, I would suggest you purchase a copy of Dreamweaver. It has a WYSIWYG and a pretty good help system.

I work in Dreamweaver a lot and am a director in a company that specializes in newsletters. (I’m not looking for another customer here, just letting you know that I know what I’m doing. :) )

If you want me to talk you through how to go about loading the HTML into Dreamweaver and changing the content, etc., please send me an email; tarnyakhouri at bigpond dot com

If you are using MS products you can easily save save for the web:

    - MS Word / MS Excel / MS Power Point:
    - File / Save as web page

These work esp. well if you have no experience with web design programs. The HTML code is not perfect, but will work well with what you would like to use this for. Most likely you would want to look at Power point. Mo boss uses this for his internal projects and loves it because it is a no brainier!

    Hope this helps,

It really does sound like all you're after here is a template and a WYSIWYG editor (and that assumes that you don't have access to someone conversant in HTML in the company...if you do, you don't even need the WYSIWYG editor as any text editor will do).

If this does not work for you, please let us know what you're missing so we can help complete the puzzle.

I think a copy of Dreamweaver is all that you need.

Among other things, remember to use absolute paths for the images!

Hi, not sure that I can definately help because this looks a bit confused but I'll try. If I'm correct in my thinking, you want to use a programme like Dreamweaver to edit its prefabricacted template designs. I have been using dreamweaver for the last few years to create my email templates from scratch but I know that there are very basic layouts available but only by way of the number of columns/rows. If you'd like any more help just email me jamie@digitalmarcomms.co.uk or look at https://www.digitalmarcomms.co.uk/email-templates.html
