Formalized Marketing Training Program

Does marketing department of a real-estate company need to have a formal training program for its staff?

But those programs and courses have to be formalized and documented right? So that it can also be allocated a budget within the marketing department's budget.

Does a real estate company NEED a formal training program - no. there are no rules or requirements saying that they must have one.

Would the program need to be formalized so that a budget can be set? Generally no, but this is more set based on the specific company's business and accounting requirements.

Could the department improve through training - likely.
