Hosted Presentations

I'd like to provide quick audio/video presentations that can be hosted on our website and emailed to potential clients, when warranted.

I don't require anything sophisticated (think voice over Powerpoint show).

I'm looking for possible solutions to the Format/size/compression issues that don't require me to pay a flash developer a small fortune for my ignorance.

Anyone have any luck with options they've tried?

    What's your budget? We've had exceptional success putting together presentations that output to video and voice over (audio provided) with a number of different combined solutions.

    We simply created a powerpoint presentaion with audio and put in on site as a separate page, so the link read:

    www.abccompany.com/presentation

    We could email the link and anybody could view it or pass it on.

    Check out Camtasia (https://www.techsmith.com/camtasia.asp), a screen recording program. It's $299, but worth the price if you're going to be doing a lot of these presentations.

    Once you complete the recording, you're provided with a number of compression options depending on how you want to distribute it (video, Flash).

    The nice thing is that if you output to a Flash, it will create the SWF, and the folder and page with the file embedded, so all you need to do is upload it all to your site.

    I believe it actually integrates with PowerPoint as well.
