My main aim is to find out why this is, If this is changing, and to what scale is the problem. Does this lack of innovation have a impact on sales? My aim is to is to find out how the marketing and product choice is effecting sales and how ethnic consumers view the UK's ethnic cosmetics industry.
I am having problems with my research my two ideas are - to interview people within the industry e.g. marketers? (although this has problems with access, as i dont have contacts) and also i was going to interview consumers of ethnic products to gain their feelings on the industry.
What are your thoughts on possible research?
