2 months ago I put a survey online to support my bachelor thesis, on the development of a reference model for KPI and dashboard reporting in Sales and Marketing.
The aim of this thesis is to develop a model in which it is possible to obtain a predetermined set of KPIs, depending on the business type and especially the individual’s functional role within the organization.
In this survey I asked professionals within Sales and Marketing to rate KPIs with respect to department and business type of the respondent, to see if it is possible to group KPIs on these properties. The results of this first survey have been analyzed and put online. I would like to present the results of this first survey to you, while asking you all as well to participate in my new survey. This new survey is what this thesis is actually about, so it would be very much appreciated if you could spare some time to fill it out. This time I was able to add branching logic, so (depending on your situation) it should take less time than the first one. Further information on my thesis and the results of the first survey can be found at https://wwwhome.cs.utwente.nl/~stoopjj/ and a direct link to the survey can be found at https://www.keysurvey.com/survey/238351/162f/
Best regards,
Jasper Stoop
Ps.
Unfortunately I do not have any incentives to offer, but I am happy to reward the 500 points as well as the results of survey to anyone who fills out this survey.
