What Are The Best Sites To Publish My Ads?

Is there any classified web site like Craigslist specific to Spain or Latin America? I like to make some project and I need to find a partner or hire someone. I know many big sites, but they are too expensive. Please suggest me some good resource.

    A friend recently started: https://tacolist.com/ (a Mexican Craigslist-like site).

    Also: https://barcelona.es.craigslist.es/, https://mexicocity.es.craigslist.com.mx/, etc.

    Try Craigs List in the country you want. They have expanded services into Europe and South America.

    I have posted to Craig's List in St Petersburg and Moscow.
