I'd like to know what an estimated annual cost might be for creating and managing a website meeting the criteria below:
Creation:
-Student oriented website similar to layout and process at Ratemyprofessor.com
-Purpose is to have social event centered community
-Proprietary virtual event hosting, mail system, and possibly 2 more features
-Innovative and professional logos, graphics, layout
-Social Network within site with full profiles, user interactivity i.e. comments, messages, and images.
-Directory of colleges represented by participating students
-Limited content creation and administration in the form of public events
Management:
-Filtering and administration to protect site and users from malicious content
-Weekly updates of site including main page proprietary content
-Management and updating of new features
-1 year management testing period followed by analysis of progress and possible adjustments
Thanks for your thoughts and recommendations-- I'll be checking and updating and responding to this post often.
