I have a lot of experience with content marketing. I have promoted any new content in the following ways:

-introduce via email campaign. Reminder emails to those who didn't open the first one
-on home page of website and customer service portal
-on home page of client portal if you have one
-on blog if you have one
-suggest having archive area on your website if you don't have one or if don't have a blog-launch it there
-promote through any partners you have-for example, we had association partners and we asked them to send out emails we created to promote to their members and to post links on their site
-if you have a newsletter, promote it there
-add to "welcome" letters for new clients
-add link to any sales letters going to prospects/clients

    Good luck!
