Homeowners Association Needs Unique Tagline

Homeowners Association with over 1,000 homes/condos/townhouses along the shoreline of a 18,000 acre lake needs a tagline. The development is 35 years old with homes built 35 years ago to new construction. Close to large metropolitan area (20 miles). Small town atmosphere - city size is less than 40,000. Friendly neighbors. Relaxed environment. Gated, secure. Kids play in the streets. Everyone walks around the community. Families and retirees. Fishing, sailing. Some hills. Community is named after developer and we need something to reflect the true beauty and pleasure from living here.

    Sorry, but I don't understand why you need a tagline. Who is it you're trying to influence? What will be different when you have a tagline?

    I don't mean to be negative about this. I just don't understand the objective or the target audience.
