    Put more and more relevant information on your website, you will be promoted yourself..:)

    Jobseekers and Employers will want to post if they see that others have posted first. That means you'll need to start within your existing network to request people personally join to build some useful content.

    Also - your home page should quickly state how your site is different from the many other job posting boards online. What makes it different/better?

    thank you everyone for your responses, The main problem i am having is that i do not have an existing network of Employers who who can post their IT job postings, i do have a big network of jobseekers but how can i get the Employers to sign up, i cant think of a good enough idea on how to approach different employers and ask them to sign up in the first place.
