Help Urgent!!!

I am trying to create a survey online for my graduate research. Because I have to put the consent form at the beginning of the research I need an online survey creator which would keep the participant from moving forward in the research if they check do not agree.

I have looked at all of the links posted online about web-surveys. I have no idea how to do this. Plus I need a FREE online survey creator. I am a broke student and single mother.

    I do not know how to set the question to close the survey if the participant clicks No on the consent form rather than yes

    Survey Editor >insert page > Add / Edit Page

    Here one can place the consent form and explain the participant to click on "yes" for the survey to proceed which will be the 1st question.
    Then put the 1st question of survey as consent for taking the survey with options as "yes" or "no". Put the condition for the question to proceed to the next if clicked on "yes".
    The condition option is available in the page logic section.
