Marketing Salary

I know our market is changing (daily it seems) and i wanted to get a up-to-date view on a salary ranges for hiring a Marketing Director? Specifically, someone with 10 - 15 years of experience in the Texas area.

    You probably want to specify the industry and company size, whether the job includes managing a sales force, etc.

    A job description tells more than a title, as we all know.

    The industry is Professional Services or Consulting and company size is $100m in revenue, and the job will not be managing a sales team.
