From a quick review of the website, this looks like a fascinating place. Are you interested in promoting the restaurant, or the pottery, or the school, or the garden restoration project, or everything?

Such marketing is the kind of thing professionals on this form do everyday for a living. I am personally not a branding expert, but I'm fairly certain the branding experts here would agree they can't teach you all you need to know to market such an organization with a few small answers.

I would suggest that you narrow the focus of your project.

For example, you could research the way the Abbey has traditionally been marketed. Or you could focus on one specific aspect of the Abbey, such as the restaurant.

If it were me, I would focus on looking at the fundraising aspects of the Abbey. This might create an opportunity to meet some wealthy donors and influential people, and those contacts might be very valuable later in your career. Good luck.
